The principal is a holder of a double master’s degree: Business Administration from Peking University and Education from Simon Fraser University. She has dedicated herself to international education management for more than 18 years.

She not only has a profound understanding of Chinese and Western preschool education systems but also learns extensively from the latest trends in the industry. She has rich working experiences in teaching management and school operations. And she has closely worked with many other preschool education experts from overseas. For parents of young kids across the age spectrum, they all find her a valuable seasoned expert to talk to for effective and feasible parenting strategies for solving challenges and problems encountered by their children in preschool.


Linda is a firm believer and an advocator of Harrow’s Holistic Education approach. And she is also a trusted expert and practitioner of developing children’s full potential for happiness and successes in their lives.

Marta Piotrowska

Nationality: Poland

Education: Sklodowska University in Lublin

Major: English

Marta holds a Master’s degree in English Literature, and she is also a CELTA certificate holder. Marta has more than ten years of bilingual and international kindergarten teaching experience and is good at creative art and drama. She is the mother of two children and loves the early childhood education industry.


Lucia Ondrusekova

Nationality: UK

Education: City University of Hong Kong

Major: Marketing(Distinction)

Lucia has seven years of teaching experience and is a PGCE and TEFL holder. She is proficient in the domestic bilingual teaching system, especially good at 2 to 6-year-old kindergarten teaching. Lucia is patient and responsible. And she demonstrates a tremendous capacity for all-around support and attention to children’s individual development and is deeply loved by our parents and children.


Jojo Cui

Nationality : China

Education: The Education University of Hong Kong

Major: Preschool Education

Jojo graduated from the Education University of Hong Kong with a master’s degree in preschool education and has been working as a Chinese teacher at Malvern International Kindergarten in Hong Kong for the past five years. She is proficient in Reggio teaching, integrating sensation integration, music, art, and language courses into her teaching content.


Jocie Ye

Nationality : China

Education : South China Normal University

Major: English

Jocie graduated from South China Normal University in Zencheng and has been engaged in the education industry since graduation. With more than ten years of experience in early childhood education, both in the classroom and as a trainer, Jocie understands the importance of getting to know students as individuals in order to support their personal development and overall learning She is patient, careful and responsible in her classroom practice and uses the interests of the children to plan purposeful learning opportunities which will help children to reach their potential.


Joanne Seymour 

Nationality:  UK

Education: University of Leeds

Major: Chinese and Italian

Joanne graduated from the University of Leeds, UK and has taught and worked in China for over 13 years. She has extensive teaching experience in bilingual kindergarten settings and is good at supporting English learning by children aged 3-4. She is very good at encouraging children to learn and develop language skills and habits through music, games, role-playing and other activities. She holds a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate.


Lora Luo

Nationality : China

Education: Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai

Major: English

Lora is an English education major and has more than ten years of experience in early years education. She enjoys guiding children to develop their creative skills and has a particular interest in early physical and emotional development. Her classroom skills include supporting children to develop their independence and allowing them to make links between their own experiences and their learning in the classroom.


Lucy Qin

Nationality : China

Education: Conestoga College

Major: Early Childhood Education

Lucy graduated from Conestoga College in Canada, majoring in early childhood education. For the past few years, she has been serving as the head teacher of the kindergarten. She understands the cognitive level of each child in the class and is good at teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.


Sisi Li

Nationality : China

Education: University of Stirling

Major: Finance

Sisi hold’s a Master of Science from the University of Stirling, UK. And she has been teaching 2-6 years old for 8 years. She has worked in many international kindergartens such as the British School in Beijing. She believes that “Education is rooted in love”, and is a very empathetic and caring kindergarten teacher.


Victoria Wu

Nationality : China

Education: The University of Melbourne

Major: Applied Linguistics

Victoria graduated from the University of Melbourne with a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, with 3 years of early childhood teaching experience. She is patient and responsible, and deeply loved by our children.
